I am a breaking news and courts reporter for the Orlando Sentinel. I've also worked for the Boston Globe and its paywalled website, BostonGlobe.com; the Initiative for Investigative Reporting at Northeastern University; the Patriot Ledger, a daily newspaper in Quincy, Mass.; and the Jerusalem Post, an English-language paper in Israel.

I've complied a database of every homicide in seven Central Florida counties since 2015; covered the Pulse nightclub shooting from the early-morning hours to how families of victims adjusted to their new lives; and written about a terrified caricature artist confronting the man who ended his careerpeople who helped the injured after the Boston Marathon bombings, and an elementary school girl who really, really likes bats

I graduated from the Northeastern University School of Journalism. I speak Hebrew, English, and paltry Spanish.
